委内瑞拉总统查韦斯逝世接班人遇困境局势不明

委内瑞拉政府2月15日发布的查韦斯在古巴治疗期间的照片，这是查韦斯自去年12月赴古巴手术以来，官方第一次发布查韦斯本人照片。

据路透社消息，当地时间5日，委内瑞拉副总统马杜罗宣布，总统查韦斯当天逝世。

自从2011年6月查韦斯首次发现患癌，选择由古巴外科医学研究中心多名专家医生组成的医疗小组进行治疗。随后他经常往返古巴和委内瑞拉接受手术和放疗。

委内瑞拉信息部长埃内斯托·比列加斯4日在声明中说，查韦斯呼吸道受到新感染、病情加重。比列加斯表示，这与查韦斯脆弱的免疫系统有关，现在他的病情“微妙”，正在进行新一轮化疗和其他辅助治疗。

委国高层日前发表的这份声明不禁让人想起几天前该国副总统马杜罗对国民说的话，他说查韦斯仍旧“在为生命战斗”。

就在2月18日，这位58岁的拉美左翼政治家突然结束了在古巴哈瓦那长达两个多月的治疗返回委内瑞拉。对于这一变动，委国政府起先没有向外公开，人们是通过查韦斯在其推特上发布的消息得知此事。因而在他回国后也没有即刻举行任何庆祝活动。

自去年12月11日查韦斯在古巴接受罹患癌症之后的第四次手术后，他一直未公开露面。在这段近3个月内的时间里，北京白癜风专科医院委内瑞拉政府仅发布了4张查韦斯在去年底在哈瓦那一家医院的“病床照。

由于逾80天未在公开场合见到查韦斯，近日有媒体发文称查韦斯早在去年12月30日至31日就陷入“脑死亡”状态，并于几天前停止使用支持生命系统。不过，这一说法遭到马杜罗的否认，他说这是反对党和部分国际媒体拟通过发布不实信息来达到破坏委内瑞拉国家稳定的目的。

“抗癌斗士”与顽疾斗争20个月 民众为之祈福

自2011年6月被诊断出患癌症以来，这位“抗癌斗士”已和癌症抗争了20个月之久，并在其间接受了4次肿瘤切除手北京白癜风专科医院术。

第一次手术是在2011年6月，查韦斯在古巴接受了盆腔肿瘤切除手术和多轮放疗、化疗。2012年2月，癌症复发，查韦斯再度赴古巴接受治疗，承受了巨大的病痛折磨。2012年10月，委内瑞拉举行大选。查韦斯亲自出马，在全国开展竞选拉票活动，最终以10个百分点的优势击败对手，成功胜选连任。

就在查韦斯也认为癌症渐渐远离自己的时候，他于去年12月再度承认医生发现其体内“癌细胞扩散”，所以他在当月11日又赶到古巴进行18个月内的四次癌症治疗手术。也就是在这次手术后他的呼吸道感染上疾病，至今未能康复，且愈加严重。

虽然查韦斯健康状况堪忧，但委国内还是有不少民众支持他，这些人也相信他们的“指挥官”会痊愈。

当地时间27日，加拉加斯举行查韦斯回国后北京治疗白癜风的第一次支持者集会，人们身着红色外套，举着写有“我是查韦斯”的标牌以示支持。集会中，马杜罗表示将会捍卫“指挥官”的成果，并暗示军方没有出现异动，民众和军队“前所未有的团结”。

有媒体称，即便查韦斯在委内瑞拉国内仍有着较广泛的群众基础，但反对派新星卡普里莱斯在去年的大选中也获得不少支持率。因此，若查韦斯未能痊愈，其“钦点”接班人马杜罗未必可以在新的大选中获胜。

委内瑞拉政治分析家兰德(Luis Lander)说，原以为查韦斯回国后委内瑞拉局势会更趋稳定，他的健康疑云会一扫而空，但现实情况是传言四起。

兰德认为，委国政府不愿将查韦斯的健康情况透明化有很多种可能性，其一是拖延时间，巩固马杜罗在查韦斯支持者间的声望。虽然马杜罗是查韦斯指定的接班人，但查韦斯的支持者并非都支持他，约70%仍然相信查韦斯康复后继续掌权。四季足浴益处多多
